Walk out with a full smile the same day as your extraction—no need to go without teeth during healing.
For full upper or lower dentures, we typically recommend using provisional (temporary) dentures first. These are fitted immediately after extractions and worn during the initial 6 months of healing, while your gums and bone settle into their new shape. After this healing period, we create your definitive (final) dentures — often using digital CAD design and precision milling — to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and long-term function. This two-step approach helps achieve the best possible result for both appearance and performance.

A clear, straightforward overview of what to expect at each stage of treatment.
Before any teeth are removed, your dental prosthetist takes a digital scan or mould of your mouth. This ensures your dentures are shaped to your natural bite and smile.
Using your scan or models, we design your immediate dentures with advanced software to ensure a natural look and comfortable fit.
On the day your teeth are removed, your dentist places the immediate dentures straightaway, so you leave with teeth in place.
As your gums heal and settle, we carry out adjustments or relining to keep your dentures fitting securely and comfortably.
Once healing is complete, you may choose to upgrade to a final, longer-term denture for improved comfort, bite, and aesthetics.
Some tenderness is normal, but immediate dentures help shield the extraction sites and reduce irritation. We’ll monitor and adjust them to improve comfort during healing.
They’re designed as a temporary solution. Once your gums have fully healed (usually 3–6 months), we’ll discuss making your final, long-term dentures.
